Originally formed by Alan 1998 as a 4 piece: Jay (vocals and guitar), Alan
(bass), Carl (guitar), and Pete (drums). This line up played six or seven
local gigs, were pretty ropey, due to the limited ability of Jay. Disbanded
late 99.
After months of looking for replacements, Alan and Pete reformed the band, with Chris on guitar, and Guy on vocals and guitar. They supported "The Seleter" at Cleethorpes in May 2000, which proved a sucessful gig.
By early 2001 AMC lost Chris, and carried on as a 3 piece (just like The Jam). From here the bands reputation spread, by word of mouth and rave reviews, bookings at scooter rallys and venues all over the country. Pete left the band (due to family commitments) in September 2004 (he still stands in now and then), and was replaced by Tony (long time friend and musical collaberator of Guy's), and now play with more spark and energy than ever!
